One operational picture
Keeps shipment, route, eligibility and exception data in the same decision context so teams do not operate from competing versions of reality.
Exception-isolated flow
A malformed or incomplete record is handled in its own context instead of blocking the entire operation; healthy work can continue.
Explainable routing decisions
Makes not only the recommendation visible, but also the source, constraints, eligibility and reasons for reassessment.
Provider-independent growth
Map, routing and tracking services connect through replaceable adapters, isolated from the core operational model.
Shipment and route context
Operational role and authority scope
Time, capacity and eligibility signals
Exception and reassessment reasons
Make it explainable which shipment can proceed under which conditions and in which operational order.

The system underneath the interface.
The TırOS technical approach runs the transportation lifecycle on a canonical domain model with retry-safe commands and verifiable decision evidence. External provider output is never treated as truth by itself; it is evaluated with source, version, time and eligibility context.
Domain model
Tenant, shipment, vehicle, driver, stop, route plan and operational event are modeled through separate identities and explicit state transitions.
Command integrity
Command identity, actor, tenant and request digest are bound together. Exact retries are safe; altered payloads create an explicit conflict.
Transactional persistence
Consequential state transitions, decision records and side effects share a controlled transaction boundary to prevent silent partial success.
Decision evidence
Route, eligibility and capacity evaluations are linked to versioned evidence, preserving which data produced each result.
Integration layer
Routing, mapping, telemetry and notification providers connect through contract-based adapters that keep vendor details outside core business rules.
Cross-cutting contracts that make the architecture trustworthy
- Tenant- and role-scoped authorization
- Fail-closed data and eligibility contracts
- Idempotent commands and retry safety
- Audit trail and decision records
- Outbox-controlled side effects
TırOS does not accept a routing-provider response or incomplete operational record as a decision on its own. If evidence is stale, eligibility cannot be verified or authority scope is exceeded, the flow stops safely and moves to authorized review.
We explicitly design where the system must stop.
The system makes options visible and comparable while preserving authorized human decisions for consequential operational changes.
Operational need
When route, shipment, driver and operational information live in separate channels, planning slows down and the context behind critical decisions disappears.
The Corixo approach
TırOS is a modular operating system that brings logistics workflows together around trusted data and controlled decision flows.
The goal is not to create more screens. It is to form the right decision inside a more visible, explainable system with clear responsibility.
Intended value
More visible transportation processes, more consistent decisions and a shared operational picture across teams.
Questions we address
- Which information should become visible first in logistics operations?
- How can route and operational decisions become explainable?
- How should automation and human control work together?
